Arrival & Departure Details

Arrangements must be made to arrive at your pickup location on the morning of May 18. More details on the specific location will be provided as we approach our departure date.

Murfreesboro: The motorcoach will depart at 6:30 am. There is free parking in the square downtown but we suggest having a friend or family member drop you off or using a RideShare service or taxi. 

Nashville:  The motorcoach will depart at 7:30 am. There is long term parking available at the Nashville Airport for $12-18 per day depending on which terminal you select.  We suggest having a friend or family member drop you off or using a RideShare service or taxi.
