Arrival & Departure Details

Arrangements must be made to arrive in Nashville,  preferably by 4pm on May 11 . You may drive to the Courtyard Marriott  in Nashville or purchase a round trip  flight to Nashville (BNA airport).  You can take a taxi or use RideShare services. An Uber  will cost approximately  $24-28 but this can vary based on time of day & surge rates.  You can also schedule a hotel shuttle when you land at the airport.
